Our approach
We aim to provide a safe, respectful and supportive learning environment. Student welfare comes before academic targets or lesson completion.
Working with families
Tutoring is arranged through a parent or carer. They should provide the information needed to support the student, remain available where appropriate, especially for younger students, and tell us promptly about any concern.
Online lessons
Lessons take place online using agreed arrangements. Students, parents, carers and tutors are expected to communicate respectfully and use suitable devices and learning spaces.
Student information
Parents and carers should only provide information about a child that is necessary for us to understand and support the tutoring enquiry. Children should not submit personal information through the website themselves.
Raising a concern
If you have a safeguarding concern connected with our service, contact elitelearninginnovations@gmail.com as soon as possible. If someone is in immediate danger, contact the emergency services.
